Roy Nelson to Drop to 205 if He Gets 100,000 Likes on Facebook
Big Country Roy Nelson, the fan-favorite heavyweight, has announced that he will drop down to light heavyweight if he gets 100,000 Likes on Facebook. Personally, I won’t do anything on the Facebook because those fuckers are tracking everything that you do , even when you’re not signed in(the only reason I stay on is to remember my friends’ birthdays and because Ms. Octagon forbids my quitting), but the rest of you guys who don’t give a fuck about your privacy should “Like” the shit out of this. Ugh. I feel dirty just saying that. Anyway, do the man a favor. Due to the fact that he’s nearly impossible to knock out, he’s been taking massive beatings at heavyweight and if the votes of one hundred thousand people is enough to get him to lay of the Whoppers and cut down to the appropriate weight, then so be it. I really like Roy and the beating that Werdum put on him in their last fight convinced me that he is at the wrong weight class. His next fight is against Antonio Bigfoot Silva, who is a 285 pounds of solid muscle and noggin before he cuts down for heavyweight, who famously put a beating on another undersized, flabby heavyweight, the legend Fedor. So if this silly Facebook campaign doesn’t work out, I’m guessing a match against a guy with an extra 60 pounds of muscle mass will convince Roy of the need to slim down.
